Who we are
SKC Invest LLC operates Dora IPTV at doraiptv.life. For any question about this policy or your data, write to destek@doraiptv.life.
What we collect
- Account data: first and last name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash — we never see it).
- Order data: the package you chose, amount, currency, subscription period, renewal dates.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, country and language, used to detect fraud, apply rate limits and show the site in your language.
- Support data: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Trial requests: the name, email, phone and device you submit in the free test form.
We do not collect or store your card details. Payment data is entered directly into Stripe's own payment form and never reaches our servers.
Why we use it
- To create your account and deliver the subscription you paid for (contract performance).
- To verify your email address and protect accounts from abuse (legitimate interest).
- To process payments, renewals and refunds (contract performance and legal obligation).
- To answer your support requests (legitimate interest).
- To keep accounting records for the period required by law (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that make this service work:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe acts as an independent controller for payment data.
- Resend — sending transactional email (verification codes, access details).
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and protection against attacks.
- Our service provider — the name, email and package needed to create your access line.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by those providers.
How long we keep it
- Account and subscription data: while your account exists, and afterwards for the period required by accounting law.
- Verification codes: 15 minutes.
- Sessions: 30 days, or until you sign out.
- Trial requests: 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to destek@doraiptv.life — we answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
Necessary: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and your language and currency preference stored in your own browser. These are always active because the site cannot work without them.
Measurement (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 cookies, used to see which pages are useful and where visitors give up. Your IP address is anonymised. We ask for your consent on your first visit; if you choose "Only necessary", these cookies are never set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 and a unique salt, session tokens are stored only as hashes, and administrative access is protected separately.
Children
This service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for significant changes, notify active subscribers by email.
