1. The service
Dora IPTV, operated by SKC Invest LLC, resells access to a third-party media streaming service. When your payment is approved we create an access line for you and send you the credentials by email. We are a reseller: the streaming infrastructure and the content catalogue are operated by our supplier.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password and your access credentials confidential, and for everything that happens through your account. Tell us immediately at destek@doraiptv.life if you believe someone else is using it.
3. How you may use it
Your subscription is for personal, household use. The number of simultaneous connections is stated in the package you bought — one connection for the Solo package, two for Duo. Installing the service on several devices is fine; streaming on more devices at the same time than your package allows is not.
You may not:
- share, sell, sublicense, rent or publish your credentials;
- rebroadcast, restream or record the content for public or commercial use;
- use the service to infringe anyone's rights, or in breach of the laws that apply where you live;
- attempt to interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Breaking these rules may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
4. Content and availability
The channel and content list is provided by our supplier and can change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, event or title will remain available for the whole of your subscription, and the availability of specific content may differ by region. We advise you to use the free trial before buying to check that what you want to watch is included and works on your setup.
5. Technical requirements
A stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps is needed for 4K, and around 10 Mbps for HD. Interruptions caused by your own connection, your internet provider, your network equipment or your device are outside our control.
6. Payment and renewal
Prices are shown on the pricing page in the currency you select and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You pay once for the period you choose — 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Your card is stored securely by Stripe and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then in force, unless you cancel first.
You can cancel at any time from your account page or from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and suspend access until payment succeeds.
7. Price changes
We may change prices for future renewal periods. If the price of your subscription changes, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before the renewal, so you can cancel if you do not accept it.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your payment method fails repeatedly, or if we are required to do so. If we terminate your account without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of your period.
10. Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe content made available through our supplier infringes your rights, write to destek@doraiptv.life with details of the work, the content in question and your contact details. We will forward the notice to our supplier and act on it.
11. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of SKC Invest LLC. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
