First, isolate the problem
Play the same channel on a second device. If both stutter, the issue is your connection or the server; if only one does, it is the device or the app.
Wi-Fi is usually the culprit
4K streams need a steady 25 Mbps. A cable to the TV solves most complaints instantly. If cabling is impossible, move to the 5 GHz band and keep the player within line of sight of the router.
Change your DNS
Some ISPs route streaming traffic badly. Switching the router to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 often removes stutter that looks like a server problem.
Give the app more buffer
Most IPTV players let you raise the buffer size. Going from the default to 3–5 seconds trades a slightly slower channel change for a much steadier picture.
Still stuttering?
- Restart the router, not just the app
- Try a different player (VLC, IPTV Smarters, TiviMate)
- Test at a quieter hour to rule out peak-time load
- Ask support to move your line to another server
